The ask
As a Talent and Development Coordinator at George P. Johnson, I combined my design expertise with my role in talent strategy to develop a unique internal brand identity for the agency’s Talent & Culture team. Working within the parameters of GPJ’s global brand standards, I created a cohesive visual system for internal communications (including confidential documents, training materials, and executive presentations) that helped important resources stand out and remain accessible in a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment.

Beyond internal initiatives, I also collaborated with the global marketing team to support brand communication across international offices. This work required me to consider a wide range of cultural perspectives, communication styles, and visual preferences to ensure content resonated with a highly diverse, global employee base, while remaining professional in the coporate experiential sphere. From social media campaigns to cross-regional initiatives, I played a key role in creating content that was both visually unified.
