Concept: As a Talent and Development Coordinator at George P. Johnson, I combined my design expertise with my role in talent strategy to create a distinct internal brand identity for the Talent & Culture team. While maintaining the agency’s overarching branding, I developed a cohesive visual system for internal communications, including documents, presentations, and training materials. This initiative ensured that essential resources stood out within the fast-paced agency environment, improving accessibility and reinforcing consistency across materials.
Additionally, as a member of the global marketing team, I contributed to social media strategy, further expanding my impact on brand communication. Through this work, I strengthened internal engagement and helped streamline the employee experience by making information more intuitive and visually compelling.
