Concept: As the Marketing Intern for the Office of Student Life at Saginaw Valley State University, I was responsible for designing social media content and managing campaigns to enhance student engagement and drive attendance at university-hosted events. This role required me to develop a cohesive and inviting digital presence that aligned with the university's brand identity while fostering a sense of community. The client entrusted me with maintaining their social media platforms and overall marketing strategy, ensuring that all content was visually appealing, informative, and strategically crafted to encourage student participation.
My approach focused on creating a refreshing and upbeat social media presence with a strong emphasis on photography, as data showed that high-quality imagery resonated more effectively with our student audience than traditional graphic-based posts.
